OAKLAND — A 20-year-old man has been charged with possessing a gun during a fatal August shooting, though prosecutors have not charged him with killing the victim, court records show.Marco Leiva-Saucedo, of Oakland, was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and an enhancement alleging he caused great bodily injury, according to court records.
