A 2-year-old child has been found safely after D.C. police issued an Amber Alert on Wednesday morning.According to police, toddler Kaleb Scott had last been seen in the 4800 block of Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave NE, inside a 2018 black Toyota Highlander with D.C. tags GS9202.
